Is an open-box HP Victus gaming laptop worth it?
Open-box often means a returned or display unit, so the savings come with some homework. Read the seller's notes on usage, cosmetic wear and anything missing.
- Accessories: confirm the charger and original packaging are included.
- Storage space: 512GB fills quickly with modern games, so plan for an external drive or an upgrade.
- 144Hz screen: it gives smooth motion in competitive shooters and esports titles.
- Battery: ask about battery condition if the unit was previously used.
It's a practical pick for students and first-time PC gamers, and it's covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
