About this item
Gamers who want a full-size board with a number pad can look at the ASUS ROG Strix Scope II X, a wired mechanical RGB gaming keyboard offered open box for $89.99. A wired connection appeals to players who don't want to charge a keyboard. The full layout also works for desk work between matches.
Is an open-box ROG Strix Scope II X worth buying?
It can be, if the listing shows it's complete and works well. These are the details to check:
- Switch type: the title doesn't name the switches, so check the listing or box label if you prefer a particular feel.
- RGB lighting: ask for a photo or note confirming every key lights up.
- Accessories: confirm the cable and any original extras are included.
- Keycap wear: zoom in on WASD and the spacebar for shine.
