About this item
Competitive players and fans of deep contrast are drawn to the LG UltraGear 32-inch 4K OLED monitor, model 32GX870A-B, with a 240/480Hz refresh rating in the title. This open-box listing asks $750.
Is an open-box 4K OLED gaming monitor a safe buy?
OLED panels deserve a closer look than standard LCDs because of possible burn-in or image retention from previous use. Ask how long the screen has been used and request photos of solid gray or white screens.
- Usage history: ask whether it's a return or a display unit.
- Accessories: confirm the stand, power supply and video cables are included.
- Your GPU: 4K at 240Hz is demanding; check your graphics card and port support.
- Seller wording: skip past the 'CHEAP' headline and judge the price against your own research.
