About this item
This Microsoft Surface Book 2 bundle is listed open box at $600.00, but the title stops there. It gives no processor, RAM, storage or screen size, and it doesn't list what the bundle includes. That makes the description and photos essential reading.
What should I confirm before buying a Surface Book 2 bundle?
Treat the specs as unknown until the seller states them. The Surface Book 2 was sold in several configurations, so you can only judge the price once you know which one this is.
- Configuration: get the CPU, RAM, storage and display size in writing.
- Bundle contents: check whether a charger, pen or case is included rather than assuming.
- Battery: ask about battery health, since this is an older model.
- Software: confirm the installed Windows version and that the device has been reset.
