About this item
Small, magnetic and built for play: the GravaStar Mercury V60 Pro is a 60% HE magnetic mechanical keyboard that strips the layout down to the essentials. HE stands for Hall effect, a switch design that reads key position with magnets, popular with competitive gamers who like adjustable actuation. This one is listed new at $180.
Is a 60% Hall effect keyboard right for you?
A 60% board usually has no dedicated arrow keys, number pad or function row, so those move to layer shortcuts. Gamers love the extra mouse room; heavy spreadsheet users may not.
- Software: check the description for how actuation settings are adjusted.
- Connection: the title doesn't say wired or wireless, so confirm in the listing.
- Build and finish: study the photos for color and case style.
- Accessories: confirm a cable is included.
