What should you check on an open-box QMK/VIA mechanical keyboard?
Open box can mean anything from unused to lightly tested, so read the seller's notes closely.
- Look for photos of every keycap and the case to spot shine, scratches or missing pieces.
- Confirm which switches are installed, since the title doesn't list them.
- Ask whether the cable, keycap puller and original packaging are included.
- Check the connection type in the description before pairing it with a laptop or desktop.
