About this item
Restoring a classic Mac? The Apple Keyboard II ADB M0487 is a wired beige QWERTY keyboard with English keys, and this one comes with its original box. It is listed open box at $280, and the box is a big part of the appeal for collectors chasing a complete retro setup.
Will an Apple Keyboard II ADB work with a modern computer?
Not directly. ADB is a legacy Apple connector, so a current PC or Mac needs an ADB-to-USB adapter. On an older Mac with an ADB port, it's a natural match.
- Check whether the ADB cable is included, as the title doesn't say.
- Look for yellowing or discoloration on the beige plastic in the photos.
- Inspect the box condition closely if you're buying for display.
- Ask the seller whether all keys were tested on a working machine.
