About this item
Katakana legends give a plain board an instant Tokyo-arcade look, and this set of Japanese Katakana keycaps brings 142 keys in PBT plastic with a Cherry profile for $72.89 new. Dye-sublimation means the legends are dyed into the plastic rather than printed on top.
Will these Japanese Katakana keycaps fit my layout?
A count this size usually aims to cover full-size, TKL and many compact boards, but always compare the seller's kit photos to your keyboard's bottom row and modifiers.
- PBT is generally valued for resisting the shine that some keycaps develop over time.
- Cherry profile sits low and sculpted, popular with typists and gamers alike.
- Check switch type: confirm your switches take MX-style stems.
- Legend colors: look closely at photos to see the exact colorway.
