About this item
For $39.99, this Omiodd 15.6-inch portable monitor gives laptop users, travelers, and handheld and console gamers a second 1080p IPS screen. The listing also mentions HDR, VESA mounting, and USB-C and Mini HDMI inputs, so it connects to many kinds of devices.
How do you connect a 15.6-inch USB-C portable monitor?
If your laptop or phone has a USB-C port with video output, it can often run the monitor over one cable. HDMI sources need the Mini HDMI input and usually separate power.
- Cables: check which USB-C and Mini HDMI cables are included.
- Your device: confirm its USB-C port supports DisplayPort Alt Mode.
- Cover: see whether a protective case or stand comes with it.
- Mounting: VESA support lets you mount it on an arm.
