Is an RTX 5050 gaming laptop enough for modern games?
The RTX 5050 sits at the entry level of its lineup. It suits esports titles and popular games at sensible settings, but don't expect to max out everything. 16GB of RAM is a workable baseline for gaming with chat and streaming apps open.
- Check the listing for the screen resolution and refresh rate, which the title leaves out.
- 1TB holds a decent game library, but large installs add up fast.
- Confirm that a charger is included.
