About this item
Retro PC builders and collectors don't often find an IBM KB-9910 vintage keyboard listed as new old stock. This is a white, wired PS/2 board sold open box. New old stock usually means it sat unused in storage, but the photos show its actual condition.
Can I use a PS/2 vintage keyboard on a modern computer?
Older machines with a PS/2 port can take it directly. Many newer PCs don't have that port, so you may need an active PS/2-to-USB adapter.
- Yellowing: white plastic from this era can discolor over time. Look for photos taken in natural light.
- Packaging: collectors should check what's left of the original box and inserts.
- Testing: the description should say whether the keys have been tested.
- Layout: confirm the key layout and language in the photos.
