About this item
Japanese-themed keycaps are a favorite for custom keyboard builds, and the PBTFans Modern Japanese Desko base kit is listed new for $75.00. A base kit usually covers the main letter, number and modifier keys. Exact contents vary, so go by the listing.
Will the Desko base keycap kit fit my mechanical keyboard?
Fit depends on your layout and your switch stems. The title doesn't give the key count, profile or compatibility, so check those in the description.
- Layout coverage: compare the kit image with your board, especially the bottom row and spacebar size.
- Add-on kits: check whether extras like novelties or spacebars are sold separately.
- Stems: if your switches use MX-style cross stems, confirm the caps do too.
- Packaging: listed new, so check the photos for the original packaging.
