About this item
Plenty of typists still swear by the original Microsoft Natural Keyboard Elite, and this white 2001 example is listed open box for $145.00. It's described as PS/2/USB, which will interest both retro collectors and people who want a classic ergonomic keyboard for daily use.
Can the Microsoft Natural Keyboard Elite work on a modern PC?
Usually, but it depends on how it connects. Many current PCs have no PS/2 port, so check whether the listing includes a PS/2-to-USB adapter or a USB cable.
- Open box: ask whether it was ever used, and look for yellowing on the white plastic.
- Keys: make sure every key is there and works.
- Cable: look for kinks or damage on a cord that's about 25 years old.
- Packaging: collectors should check the box condition in the photos.
