About this item
An IBM PS/2 keyboard 76H0896 still in its original box is getting harder to find. An independent eBay seller lists this one as new at $115. It's a good match for vintage collectors, retro PC restorers and anyone running older hardware with a PS/2 port.
Will this IBM PS/2 keyboard work on a modern computer?
Only if your computer has a PS/2 port or you use a suitable adapter. Check your motherboard or system first.
- Part numbers: compare 76H0896 and 8923 on the label photo with the title.
- Box condition: collectors should zoom in on the box corners, tape and printing.
- Contents: ask whether the keyboard has ever been taken out of its packaging.
- Layout: the title doesn't give the key layout or language, so check it in the images.
