About this item
The seller describes this open-box Mac mini 2024 M4 Pro as excellent and barely used. Inside are a 12-core CPU, a 16-core GPU, 24GB of memory and 512GB of storage, priced at $1,700. That configuration appeals to photographers, music producers, developers and video editors who want a compact Mac desktop for demanding projects.
Is an open-box Mac mini M4 Pro a smart buy?
It can be, provided the listing backs up the barely used claim. Excellent is the seller's own wording, not a guarantee, so verify the details.
- Ask whether the Mac has been signed out of the previous owner's Apple ID.
- Confirm the power cord and original box are included.
- Check the photos for scuffs or marks on the case and ports.
- Plan for a monitor, keyboard and mouse if they are not listed.
