About this item
At $47.99 for an open-box unit, the Logitech K845 mechanical keyboard is an affordable step up from a basic membrane board. It is corded, with illuminated keys and an aluminum build, and this one uses blue switches. It is a natural fit for students, home office users and typists who like distinct key feedback.
Is a blue switch mechanical keyboard right for a shared room?
Blue switches are usually the louder, more tactile option. Think about roommates, coworkers or video calls before you pick them.
- Open box: check the photos for worn keycaps or marks on the aluminum.
- Cable: because it is corded, confirm the cable is intact and see which connector it uses.
- Lighting: ask the seller to confirm that all keys light up evenly.
- Layout: verify the key layout and language in the images.
