About this item

It's geared toward light duties such as email, web browsing, online banking, streaming video and schoolwork for younger students. Grandparents and first-time PC owners may appreciate its simplicity.
Is the HP Slim Desktop Pentium Silver fast enough for everyday use?
For basic tasks, yes. The J5040 is a budget chip, so heavy multitasking, photo editing and gaming aren't its strengths.
