About this item
Shopping for a MacBook Neo without paying full retail? This open box listing from an independent eBay seller is priced at $650, which can make a Mac laptop easier to afford for students and anyone after a light everyday machine. The title gives almost no specs, so the listing details matter here.
Is an open box MacBook Neo worth it?
It can be, as long as the seller's description and photos answer the basics. Open box usually means the packaging was opened, but the exact state varies by seller.
- Configuration: confirm the chip, RAM and storage, since none appear in the title.
- Condition: study photos of the screen, keyboard and case for marks.
- Accessories: check whether the charger and cable are included.
- Activation: ask if the laptop is signed out of iCloud and ready to set up.
