About this item
When an HP Pavilion 590 power supply fails, the desktop won't start, and finding the right replacement depends on the part number. This new 180W unit is listed as 901763-002 and rated 80 Plus. The listing also names HP 280, 288 and 400 desktops, so both office PCs and home computers may be a match.
How do I know this 180W PSU fits my HP desktop?
Open the case and read the label on your current power supply. If it says 901763-002, or the seller confirms it's an equivalent part, you have the right one.
- Connectors: compare the plugs in the photos with the ones on your motherboard before you order.
- Wattage: 180W suits the original setup. If you've added a graphics card, you may need more power.
- Price: $333.79 is high for a 180W unit, so compare other listings for the same part.
- Buyer protection: the eBay Money Back Guarantee applies.
