About this item
At $84.99 listed new and sealed, the MSI Pro Z790-A Max WiFi Intel LGA1700 motherboard is a low-cost way into a full-size ATX build with DDR5 memory and the Z790 chipset. It's a sensible base for an office tower, a student workstation or a gaming PC paired with a compatible LGA1700 Intel processor.
Does a sealed Z790 DDR5 ATX motherboard need anything special?
Mostly planning. Make sure every part you buy matches the board's socket, memory type and size.
- Memory: use DDR5 only; DDR4 sticks won't fit.
- Case: your case must support ATX boards.
- CPU support: check the listing or MSI's support list and BIOS version for your processor.
- Seal: look at photos of the sealed box before ordering. The eBay Money Back Guarantee applies.
WiFi in the name can save you buying a separate adapter.
