About this item
If you want a GM326 75% mechanical keyboard for a cramped desk, this listing offers a wired, backlit mini board for $34.95 in new condition. A 75% layout usually drops the number pad and keeps the arrow keys close. That frees up mouse space for gaming and makes it easier to carry between home and a dorm.
Is the GM326 hot swappable keyboard good for beginners?
Hot swappable sockets let you change switches without soldering, so it is an easy first step into custom mechanical keyboards. Check the listing to see which switches come installed and whether a switch puller is included.
- Switch type: look in the listing for the factory switch (linear, tactile or clicky).
- Compatibility: make sure the sockets take the 3-pin or 5-pin switches you plan to try.
- Backlight: look for photos that show the lighting colors and modes.
- Cable: check the connector type and that a cable comes in the box.
