About this item
Competitive players who want lower input lag will notice the main spec on the IROK FE87 V2 wired mechanical keyboard: a dual 8KHz polling rate. It's listed open box for $49, a low price for a gaming-focused feature like that.
Do you need an 8KHz polling rate keyboard?
A higher polling rate means the keyboard reports to your PC more often. It matters most in fast shooters and rhythm games. For office typing you won't feel a difference. Make sure your system and games can take advantage of it.
- SOCD support: the title is cut off at 'SODC/Lat', so read the description for the exact rapid-input features.
- Connection: wired, so there's no battery to worry about.
- Switches: the title doesn't name them, so check the type before buying.
- Open box: check the photos for the cable and any wear on the keys.
