This NVMe SSD heatsink five-pack fits 2280 drives and comes with thermal silicone, all for $8.29. It's handy if you run several NVMe drives in a desktop, build PCs for friends, or want spare coolers for a home server or a game library drive that's under heavy load.
Will an SSD heatsink fit under my graphics card?
Clearance varies by motherboard and GPU, and the title doesn't give a height. Check the listing dimensions against the gap above your M.2 slot.
- Drive length: these are made for 2280 SSDs, the most common size, so confirm your drive's length first.
- Existing shield: if your motherboard already has a cover over the slot, you may not need these.
- Mounting: see how the heatsink attaches, such as with clips or bands.
- Laptops: most laptops don't have room for add-on heatsinks.
