About this item
A cracked or scuffed lid is the usual reason people search for a Dell Inspiron 16 Plus 7640 LCD back cover. This listing offers a new top case under part number 0V5H6N. The title names both the 7640 and 7645 2-in-1 touch models. It suits owners of either convertible who want to replace a damaged screen housing instead of the whole display assembly.
Will this Dell Inspiron 16 Plus 7640 LCD back cover fit my laptop?
Start with the part number. Look for 0V5H6N on your old cover or in your laptop's documentation. Also confirm that your machine is the 2-in-1 touch version.
- Check the photos for color and finish so the lid matches your base.
- See whether hinges, antennas or screws are included, or whether you have to move them over from the old cover.
- Ask the seller about packaging, since thin panels can bend in transit.
- Purchases are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
If you are comfortable with a screwdriver, this is a repair many owners handle at home.
