About this item
A Windows XP Dell desktop computer is still the simplest way to run old programs, retro games and lab equipment that won't work on modern systems. This open-box bundle costs $114.99 and includes a 19-inch monitor, keyboard and mouse. The title lists a dual-core processor at 2.66Hz, which most likely means 2.66GHz.
Who needs a Windows XP Dell desktop in 2026?
Hobbyists, machine shops and collectors who depend on legacy software or older hardware drivers. It's not a good choice for everyday internet use, because XP no longer gets security updates.
- Specs to confirm: the title doesn't give the RAM, hard drive size or exact Dell model.
- Software: ask whether XP is activated and whether a license sticker is on the case.
- Ports: check for the serial, parallel or other connections your equipment needs.
- Open box: look over the photos of the monitor screen and tower for wear.
