About this item
This 7 inch touch screen IPS LCD display is a portable monitor with 1024x600 resolution and a Mini HDMI input. The listing title points to Raspberry Pi use ('fr Rasp'), which makes it a candidate for maker projects. An independent eBay seller lists it as new for $49.99.
Will this 7-inch HDMI touchscreen work with my Raspberry Pi?
It appears to be intended for that, but the title doesn't name supported board models. Check the description for your Pi version and find out how touch input connects. Then confirm which cables are supplied, since some boards use micro HDMI rather than Mini HDMI.
- Power: see how the screen is powered and whether a USB cable is included.
- Mounting: check for a case, stand or screw holes if you're building a DIY dashboard or kiosk.
- Other devices: if you plan to use it with a laptop or camera, confirm the input and driver notes.
