About this item
Open-box pricing brings the ASUS ROG Strix Scar 18 gaming laptop down to $2,600.00. It lists an i9-14900HX, RTX 4090 graphics, 32GB of RAM, a 1TB SSD and Windows 11 on an 18-inch display. This is desktop-replacement territory for serious gamers, streamers and 3D creators who rarely move their setup.
What should you check on an open-box Strix Scar 18?
Open box usually means the packaging was opened, not that the laptop saw heavy use. Condition still varies from seller to seller.
- Look through the photos for scratches, screen marks and keyboard wear.
- Confirm the original power adapter is included.
- Ask whether Windows 11 is activated and the system has been reset.
- Covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
A few questions to the seller are a small effort on an 18-inch RTX 4090 laptop at this price.
