About this item
A 500Hz refresh rate at 1440p puts this MSI 27-inch QHD gaming monitor in rare territory. It supports FreeSync Premium Pro and is G-Sync Compatible, so it's aimed at competitive players on AMD or NVIDIA graphics. It's for gamers who want sharper detail than 1080p without giving up refresh rate.
Is a 500Hz 1440p monitor worth $1,007.99?
It pays off only if your PC can drive very high frame rates in your main games, which usually means lighter esports titles. For slower single-player games, a lower-refresh panel costs far less.
- Model number: the title doesn't give one, so find it in the listing and look up the panel type and ports.
- Connection: confirm which input and cable support 500Hz at 1440p.
- GPU check: make sure your graphics card has a matching output.
- Condition: it's listed new; ask whether the box is sealed.
