About this item
If you're searching for an Apple Mac mini A1347 from October 2012, model MD388LL/A, this one is listed as new at $699. That's a high price for a desktop more than a decade old. It mainly appeals to collectors, vintage Mac fans and people who need an older macOS release for specific software.
Is a 2012 Mac mini still worth buying in new condition?
For everyday modern use, newer Apple Silicon models give far more for the money. For collectors, an unused 2012 unit is harder to find, so verify the condition claim carefully.
- Specs: the title lists no processor, RAM or storage, so check the description.
- Condition: ask for photos of the box, the seals and the unit itself.
- Software: confirm which macOS version is installed.
- Accessories: check whether a power cord is included.
