About this item
The Keychron K1 Max wireless mechanical keyboard pairs an 80% layout with Gateron Brown switches, and this open box listing asks $60.00. Brown switches are tactile without being loud, which makes the board a sensible pick for students, remote workers and casual gamers sharing a room.
Is an open box Keychron K1 Max worth buying?
At this price it can be a solid value, provided the listing confirms the keyboard was barely used and arrives complete.
- Included items: check for the cable, any receiver and spare keycaps or tools mentioned by the seller.
- Key feel: ask whether every Gateron Brown switch registers and none feel sticky.
- Battery: since it is wireless, confirm it charges and holds power.
- Keycaps: look for shine or wear in close-up photos.
