About this item
Linux users and DIY buyers, take note: this certified refurbished Lenovo ThinkPad E14 Gen 6 comes with DOS rather than Windows and is priced at $469.99. Inside are a Ryzen 5 7535U, 16GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD behind a 14" WUXGA IPS screen.
What does "DOS" mean on a refurbished ThinkPad E14 Gen 6?
It means no Windows license is preloaded. You'll need to install an operating system yourself, either a Linux distribution or a Windows copy you buy separately. Once it's set up, it suits office work, coursework and small-business tasks.
- Budget for software: Add the cost of a Windows license if you need one.
- Refurb details: Check who refurbished it and the stated cosmetic grade.
- Battery: Ask for a battery health reading.
- Charger: Confirm a power adapter is included.
The order is covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
