About this item
The Minisforum MS-01 mini workstation comes as a barebone kit with an Intel i9-13900H and two 10Gb SFP+ networking ports on board. The '0+0' in the title means no memory and no storage, so you'll supply both. It suits home labs, small servers and network-heavy setups.
What do you need to finish a Minisforum MS-01 barebone?
Plan on buying compatible RAM, at least one SSD and an operating system, whether that's Windows, Linux or a hypervisor. The SFP+ ports also need matching transceivers or DAC cables, plus a switch that supports 10Gb SFP+.
- Memory type: check the listing for the supported RAM format and maximum capacity.
- Drive slots: confirm how many SSD slots are available.
- Power: verify that the power adapter is included in the box.
- New condition: ask whether the package is factory sealed.
