About this item
If you're a graphic designer, illustrator or CAD user shopping for a 27 inch 4K design monitor, the BenQ DesignVue PD2706U is worth a look. The listing gives it a 4K HDR IPS panel plus picture-in-picture (PIP) and picture-by-picture (PBP) modes, and this unit is certified refurbished at $303.
How do PIP and PBP help on a 27 inch 4K design monitor?
Both let you view two sources on one screen, such as a laptop and a desktop. PIP shows one in a small inset window, and PBP splits the screen side by side.
- Color specs: the title doesn't give color gamut coverage, so check the listing if you do print or video work.
- Connectivity: confirm which ports it has and what cables are included.
- Refurb grade: read the condition notes for any marks on the screen.
- Scaling: 4K at 27 inches gives crisp text once you turn on OS scaling.
