About this item
This HP Omen 16 gaming laptop pairs an NVIDIA RTX 5050 with 16GB of RAM and a 1TB SSD, and it's listed as Certified - Refurbished at $959.47. It's a sensible pick for students and weekend gamers who want a 16-inch screen and Windows 11 without paying new-model prices.
Is a refurbished HP Omen 16 gaming laptop worth it?
It can be, if the seller explains what the refurbishment covered. Your purchase is covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee, but read the listing carefully first.
- Processor: the title says U5. Confirm the exact CPU model in the item specifics.
- The 8GB line: the title lists 8GB next to the SSD, so check whether that refers to graphics memory.
- Battery and charger: look for battery health notes and confirm a charger is included.
- Cosmetics: review the photos for scuffs on the lid and keyboard.
A solid middle ground for budget gaming and schoolwork.
