Should I buy an open box Asus ROG Strix G16 with RTX 5060?
Open box can mean anything from a returned, unused unit to a lightly used one. The specs suit competitive and single-player gaming, but the seller's description matters as much as the hardware.
- Wear check: zoom into photos of the keyboard, lid and screen for scuffs or dead pixels.
- Accessories: gaming laptops rely on their dedicated power adapter, so make sure it's listed as included.
- Battery and fans: ask whether the unit was tested under load and whether there are any noise issues.
- Storage type: the title says 1TB without naming the drive type, so confirm it in the specs.
