What should you verify on an open box Keychron K5 Max?
Open box usually means someone opened or tried it, so the details matter. A few quick questions to the seller can save you a return.
- Wireless type: the title just says wireless, so check which connection options the listing describes.
- Battery: ask how well it holds a charge.
- Accessories: confirm whether a cable or receiver is included.
- Keycaps: look for scuffs, shine or missing caps in the photos.
