About this item
Engineers, architects and video editors shopping for a Dell Precision 5690 16" laptop will want to look at this new listing at $1,950. It combines an Intel Core Ultra 7 155H with 32GB of RAM, 2TB of storage and NVIDIA RTX 2000 graphics. That is a workstation-style setup for CAD, rendering and large creative projects.
Is the Dell Precision 5690 good for CAD and creative work?
The RTX 2000 is a professional GPU rather than a gaming card, so it makes the most sense for design and pro apps. Check that your software supports it.
- Confirm the storage type and the operating system in the item specifics.
- Look for the screen resolution and touch info, which the title leaves out.
- Make sure the charger is included.
- Ask whether the box is factory sealed.
