About this item
Competitive players chasing every frame will want a look at the BenQ Zowie XL2566X+, a 24.1-inch Fast TN gaming monitor that runs at 400Hz and is aimed squarely at e-sports. It's listed new for $599.99.
Who needs a 400Hz e-sports gaming monitor?
It's mainly for serious shooter players running very high frame rates. Your PC has to reach those frame rates in your games to benefit from 400Hz, so check your GPU and CPU first. Fast TN panels put speed ahead of the wide viewing angles you get with IPS.
- Check the listing or manual for which ports support the full 400Hz.
- See what's in the box, including cables and stand.
- The 24.1-inch size keeps the whole screen in view during matches.
- Compare the seller's photos to verify it's the plus model.
