About this item

Hotswap sockets let you change switches without soldering, so you can try a different feel and sound whenever you like. The asking price is $375.
What does a PC plate mean for a WindX hotswap board?
The plate is the layer that holds the switches. People generally choose polycarbonate plates for a softer, more flexible typing feel than stiffer metal plates give.
