About this item
The HyperX Omen 15z-gb000 gaming laptop in this open-box listing is priced at $800, but the title gives only the model number. That makes the description the most important part of the listing. The processor, graphics card, RAM, storage and screen details all have to come from there.
What should I check on an open-box Omen 15z gaming laptop?
Treat the specs as unknown until the seller confirms them. The graphics card matters most, because it decides which games will run smoothly.
- Find the GPU, CPU, RAM and SSD size in the listing, or ask the seller.
- Check the screen size and refresh rate if you play fast shooters.
- Confirm that a charger is included. Gaming laptops often need their own power brick.
- Check the photos for keyboard wear, hinge problems or scratches on the lid.
