About this item
Want a Steam Machine 512GB pre-order without joining the queue yourself? This $1,600.00 listing is for a reservation. The seller says it has been received but the order is still pending, and no controller is included. That's a very different purchase from buying a unit that's already in the seller's hands.
What exactly do you get with this Steam Machine pre-order?
Going by the title, you're buying a pending order for the 512GB model, without the controller.
- Transfer process: read how the seller will complete your order once the unit ships to them.
- Timing: check whether the listing gives an expected date, and plan as if the date is unknown.
- Controller: budget separately for a gamepad or a keyboard and mouse.
- Price check: compare the $1,600.00 asking price with the standard retail price before you commit.
