About this item
On a tight budget but tired of mushy keys? The AK96 wired mechanical keyboard is listed new at $39.99, and the title lists 96 keys and customizable features. A 96-key layout keeps a number pad but is typically narrower than a full-size keyboard.
Is a 96-key mechanical keyboard good for gaming and work?
It works for both. You get a number pad for data entry and the tactile feedback many gamers like. A wired connection also means no batteries to charge.
- The title doesn't list the switches, so check which ones are fitted.
- Find out what "customizable" covers, such as lighting or key remapping.
- Confirm the cable type and length in the description.
- Check the layout and keycap legends in the photos.
A sensible first mechanical board for students and casual gamers. Covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
