About this item
This pfSense firewall mini PC will look familiar to home-lab builders. It's a metal-cased box with an Intel i7-13620H or i3-1215U processor and connectivity listed as 4x2.5, which usually means four 2.5GbE network ports. Confirm that in the listing. It's aimed at router and firewall builds on pfSense or OPNsense, or at running a small Proxmox virtualization host.
Which pfSense firewall mini PC version fits: i7-13620H or i3-1215U?
The title names both chips, so check which one the $479.60 price covers. The i3 handles routing and firewall duties for most homes. The i7 makes sense if you plan to run several virtual machines in Proxmox.
- RAM and storage: the title lists neither, so check whether they're included or the unit is barebones.
- Network chips: confirm the Ethernet controller model so you know your chosen OS supports it.
- Power: verify the power adapter is in the box.
- Coverage: the eBay Money Back Guarantee applies.
