About this item
Retro PC builders hunting for an IBM Preferred keyboard can find the white 28L3584 here. This wired PS/2 model is listed as open box for $29.99. It's a natural match for vintage desktops, older industrial PCs and any setup that still has a PS/2 port.
Will a PS/2 keyboard like the IBM 28L3584 work on a modern PC?
It will only work if your motherboard has a PS/2 port or you use a converter. A simple passive adapter may not work with a PS/2-only keyboard, so an active PS/2-to-USB converter is the safer choice.
