About this item
A NuPhy Node 100 low profile mechanical keyboard appeals to people who like mechanical feel but find tall boards awkward next to a laptop. Tri-mode wireless means it offers three connection modes. This unit is listed open box at $74.99, even though the seller's title calls it new.
What should I check on an open-box NuPhy Node 100?
Ask the seller what new means here, whether that's unused or opened and returned. Then confirm that everything from the original box is present.
- Receiver and cable: wireless modes may rely on a dongle, so make sure it's included.
- Power: ask about battery condition and charging.
- Keys: look for wear or missing caps in the photos.
- Who it suits: writers, coders and minimalist office desks.
