About this item
Replacing two side-by-side screens with one wide canvas is the main appeal of the Dell U3824DW UltraSharp 38-inch curved monitor. Its 3840x1600 IPS panel runs at 60Hz with a 5ms response time, and this unit is listed as open box at $839.99.
Who is the Dell U3824DW ultrawide monitor best for?
It is built for productivity rather than fast-paced gaming. Video editors, programmers, traders and anyone juggling many windows will get the most out of the curved IPS screen.
- Desk space: a 38-inch ultrawide is large, so measure your desk depth and width first.
- Open box condition: ask about pixel defects and look closely at the photos of the panel.
- Accessories: confirm that the stand, power cable and video cables are included.
- Gaming: 60Hz suits casual play. Competitive gamers may want a higher refresh rate.
