About this item
A gaming PC desktop listed new for $700 can be a smart buy or a letdown, and this listing's title alone doesn't reveal which. No processor, graphics card, memory or storage details appear, so do some homework first.
How do you judge a $700 gaming PC with no specs listed?
Treat the graphics card as the most important detail, then match the rest to the games you play and your monitor's resolution.
- GPU and CPU: ask for exact model names, not just the brand.
- RAM and storage: confirm capacity and whether the main drive is an SSD.
- Power supply and OS: ask for the PSU wattage and whether Windows is installed and activated.
- Photos: request pictures of the inside of the case and a system information screen.
If the seller can't answer clearly, keep looking. Purchases are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
