About this item
Spreadsheets, virtual machines and dozens of browser tabs are what this Lenovo ThinkPad T16 Gen 2 is configured for. It has an Intel i7-1355U, 32GB of DDR5 RAM, a 1TB SSD and Windows 11 on a 16-inch screen. Listed new at $1,649.99, it suits analysts, developers and office teams who want a big-screen work laptop.
Is the ThinkPad T16 Gen 2 i7 with 32GB DDR5 overkill?
Not for heavy multitaskers. Most office users get by with less, but 32GB keeps things smooth with large datasets, local VMs or many open apps. It also adds long-term headroom.
- Price check: compare with other new T16 Gen 2 listings that have similar specs.
- Display: the title doesn't give the resolution or say whether it's a touchscreen, so confirm both.
- Windows edition: the title says Windows 11, so check whether it's Home or Pro.
