About this item
An EK Nucleus AIO Basic 360 all-in-one CPU liquid cooler listed open box for $12.89 is an eye-catching deal, and one worth double-checking. In AIO naming, 360 usually refers to the radiator size class, so builders should confirm their case can take a long radiator.
What should you check before buying an open-box EK Nucleus 360 AIO?
The price is far below what complete new coolers usually cost, so read the description and photos carefully.
- Is it complete? Confirm that the pump, radiator, fans and tubing are all included, not just a part or an empty box.
- Socket brackets: make sure the mounting hardware for your CPU socket is included.
- Damage: ask about bent fins, kinked tubes or any sign of coolant loss.
- Case clearance: check the radiator dimensions against your case.
If it arrives not as described, the purchase is covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
