What should I check on an open-box Dell Pro Max 16 Premium laptop?
The title covers the processor, memory and storage but leaves out the graphics, display details and battery. Ask about those, and ask what "open box" means for this specific unit.
- Graphics: confirm whether a dedicated GPU is fitted, which matters for 3D and AI work.
- Display: check the resolution of the 16" panel.
- Accessories: make sure the charger and the original packaging are included.
- Warranty: the title doesn't mention one, so ask whether any manufacturer coverage remains.
